Hi everyone, hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Weather here in Toronto was great, so we did some gardening in our backyard. Last week I shared my first green smoothie recipe. http://claudiapersi.blogspot.ca/2013/04/kale-pinneapple-apple-and-strawberry.html Hope you all enjoyed. :) Today, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite healthy Milkshakes that I often enjoy for breakfast. This is also great for kids. My daughter loves this and she is not even 2. I am so happy and lucky my baby loves veggies and fruits.:)
- 1 cup of Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 3 Kiwis
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup of soy milk or regular milk (I opt for organic soy milk cause I can't drink milk)
Mix all ingredients in blender, put in a nice glass and enjoy. :)
