If you love asparagus and goat cheese as much as I do, you will love this simple easy recipe. I don't even know if I can call this a recipe. I mean a 5 year old can make this. :)
You simply cook the asparagus for 5-10 minutes, remove all excess water place them in a plate. Add olive oil and half squeezed lemon juice then add a few pieces of delicious goat cheese, salt and pepper "Et Voilà". You got yourself a healthy delicious lunch in just a few minutes. If you are not a big fan of goat cheese then you can simply leave it with only olive oil and lemon. It's delicious!
I do that all the time when I run out of cheese. :)
