As you probably already know, I love healthy milkshakes and green smoothies. I love to start my day with a fresh, delicious milkshake, plus it gives me good energy for the day. If you love mangos and kiwis you will love this one for sure.
1 cup of soy milk or regular milk (I opt for organic soy milk because I can't drink milk)
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional)
Mix all ingredients in blender, put in a nice glass and enjoy.
