10 FAVORITE CRUELTY- FREE NAIL POLISH BRANDS

Hi ladies, hope you are all doing great. Today I want to share a different kind of post and hopefully you will enjoy.  I love animals and there is no way that I will ever agree with animal testing. Unfortunately some companies insist on using innocent animals to test their products.
I love doing my nails, but there is no way I will buy nail polishes from brands that still test on animals like bunnies, cats, dogs... I thing it is important for us consumers to be aware and informed, let's not close our eyes and pretend that we don't know, animal testing is inhumane, cruel and awful.
To my surprise and let me tell you I was really disappointed when I recently found out that some of my favorite nail polish brands still tests on animals OPI, Essie and Sinful Colors, some were sold to companies that are not cruelty free. OPI is now owned by Coty which is NOT cruelty free, Essie was bought by L’Oreal which is NOT cruelty free, and Sinful Colors is owned by Revlon that also do test on animals. Now knowing that they do test on animals you can bet I will not buy from them again unless they stop that practice.
Here are some of my favorite cruelty free nail polish brands, some I was already a fan of, for example Deborah Lippmann, Zoya, China Glaze, Love and Beauty...
These nail polish brands are not only cruelty free, but are a way more natural option without all those yaky chemicals. I believe that what we put on our bodies is as important as what we put in our bodies and there is for sure no need to sacrifice your health, your style or anyone for beauty.
My 10 favorite "bunny approved" nail polish brands
Zoya

L.A Girl

 Love & Beauty

 China Glaze

Deborah Lippmann

SpaRitual
Butter London

Scotch Naturals

Wet n' Wild

ManiPure
By not purchasing products from companies that continue doing animal testing you are also sending the message that it's not right.  I encourage you to do your own research and make your own informed opinions and decisions.
Do you have a favorite cruelty-free nail polish?
I would love to hear from you.
Claudia

    1. Thank you Maria Felicia, I love Butter London and Zoya too. :)When I was pregnant I used them all the time since there more natural but I didn't know about some of the brands that unfortunately still test on animals, hope this animal testing will end. Until then I no longer buying the brands that still insist on testing on poor animals. It's not fair and cruel.

  3. Very nice post! I had no idea that OPI and Essie still make tests on animals; that's so sad! But now that I know it I'm more than happy that most of my nailpolishes are from P2 Cosmetics which are cruelty free and way cheaper than the ones mentioned above.

A sério?

    1. I know Sammie, I was very disappointed too, I had a few Essie nail polishes but since I found out about this I am no longer buying Essie and OPI.:( But good thing is that there is plenty of awesome beauty brands that don't test on innocent animals.:)
