MY TOP 5 FAVORITE GREEN SMOOTHIES

Hi my loves!
Being pregnant is not a reason to give up on my healthy habits, but to enforce them even more.
We all need to detox our bodies once in a while. I choose to do it pretty much everyday with delicious smoothies made with my favorite veggies and fruits. It's not only healthy, but it's easy to make and delicious, so let's get started with my top 5 favorite green smoothies.
Before adding all my ingredients, I start by pouring some water or coconut water in my blender, so the blender blades can move freely. Next I add chunks of my favorite vegetables or fruits.
I also choose organic fruits and veggies, but when I can't find organic I always make sure to wash them in a bowl with water and a bit of vinegar. You don't want to eat those yaki pesticides.

For the 1st smoothie all you need is:
A handful of fresh spinach leaves
1 carrot
1 apple
1 cup of water
Place all the ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
You can add more or less water to reach the desired consistency.

2nd favorite smoothie
A handful of fresh Kale leaves
1 slice of Pineapple
1 table spoon of Chia seeds
1 baby cucumber
a couple of nuts
1 cup of water
Place all the ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
You can add more or less water to reach the desired consistency.

3th
1 celery
1 handful of fresh parsley
1 peeled cucumber
fresh ginger
1 mango
1 freshly squeezed lemon
Place all the ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
You can also add water to reach the desired consistency.

4th
1 slice of pineapple
2 Kiwis
1 handful of blueberries
1/2 cup of water
Place all the ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
You can add more or less water to reach the desired consistency.

5th
1 handful of fresh baby spinach
1 apple
1/2 banana
1 cup of yogurt
5 strawberries
1/2 orange
Blend well and enjoy!
This will give you tons of energy!

Fica super bom! =) Vou experimentar todos os teus smoothies!
    Beijinho grande!
